Meet me among the roses for a free sound session. We will start our day with intention and grounding as we lean into presence. You will leave this session with a clear mind ready for your day. Bring a blanket, towel or yoga mat to lay on the grass. Make sure you have water and a hat in case the sunshine is gleaming!
