In this 6o minute meditation we will still the body and quiet the mind through the ancient practice of sound healing. This has an incredible impact on the whole being as it decreases inflammation in the body. This practice is key for integrative healing as well as coming into a deeper state of oneness.
We recommend bringing a yoga mat, blankets, pillow, eye cover or any other props to create a personal space where you will be comfortable. This includes bolsters, padding for yoga mat or anything that will increase your comfortability.
