Take a moment midweek, to pause, reflect, and sit in stillness with gratitude.


Gratitude meditation is a type of meditation that focuses on expressing gratitude for the things in your life. It’s a practice that has scientifically shown to literally change your brain. When we express gratitude, our brain releases dopamine and serotonin, the two crucial neurotransmitters responsible for making us feel “good”, and allowing us to see your world with a more positive perspective.

It’s also a practice that has been used by different communities for centuries, from Buddhist monks beginning each day with a chant of gratitude for the blessings of their life, to Native American elders beginning each ceremony with grateful prayers to mother earth and father sky.

The 30 minute class will conclude with crystal sound bowls, to further help relax & restore.
