Join Emma, the founder of SB Beach Yoga and Danielle Elese, of Foxy Sage, for this very special community event at the 2025 Santa Barbara International Orchid Show after hours. Immerse yourself in the floral atmosphere surrounded by rare orchids from around the world.

We'll start with a 45-minute all levels, peaceful yet invigorating yoga flow, to harmonize body, breath, & soul. Just imagine a moving, breathing meditation, relaxing restorative poses, and then a blissful, meditative Savasana.

After the yoga, we will shift into a blissful Sound Bath led by Danielle. This experience will take you on a journey inward through a sonic meditation while connecting to the spirit and vibrancy of the orchids. During the Sound Bath, you will be enveloped in the soothing sounds of harmonic singing bowls, enchanting vocals & meditative instruments. As you relax and let go of tension, you will feel a sense of deep peace and connection to the natural world around you. The orchids in the room will enhance this experience, their vibrant colors and delicate petals adding to the overall ambiance. This is a truly transformative experience that will leave you feeling renewed and rejuvenated in both body and mind.

For the yoga portion, you'll experience music and voice instruction simultaneously through our signature yoga headsets, at the volume level of your choice so you never miss a beat—or a pose! Then we will remove the headsets for the sound bath. After the event, we invite you to join us for a warm cup of tea as you explore the serene orchid displays!

Join us for half day retreat at a private location in Santa Barbara, California. We will start our day with a transformational breathwork session. Madeleine (Breathwork Facilitator) will guide you through the active circular breathwork and then led you through a restorative yin sequence as you connect with the powerful modality of breath. You will unwind into yin yoga accompanied by a sound bath led by Danielle (Sound Healer). Throughout the breathwork experience Madeleine will be supported by Danielle as she provides hands on Reiki healing to the attendees.

Your next treatment will be provided by Dr. Sophie (DACM, LAc.). This is where you will receive individual acupuncture treatment accompanied by a sound bath rooting you deep into self love & grounding. This offering will balance your chi bringing your being back into harmony.

Grounded Gathering will create space for community connection through an integration circle while we practice vulnerability by sharing our unique experinces. We will concluded the half day retreat with a nourishing meal & gifts for you to take with you to help you continue your practice of embodiment.
